Need to create a simple trading utility for Ninja trader 8

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a simple trading utility for Ninja Trader 8. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing trading tools and be familiar with the Ninja Trader platform.
Specific Functionalities:
- Order entry and management: The utility should allow for efficient execution and management of trading orders.
Trading Strategy:
- The utility will be used on Renko charts. It must have a BUY, SELL and CANCEL button.
The idea is that the utility should place pending orders ( BUY or SELL, depending on the pressed button ) at a specific price that will be discussed privately, and it should trail the pending order until either it gets filled, or the CANCEL button is pressed.
Platform:
- The trading utility will be used on the Windows platform.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Ninja Trader 8 development.
- Experience in developing trading tools.
- Familiarity with order entry and management functionalities.
- Strong understanding of trading strategies.
- Experience in Windows platform development.
