Job Description: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Freelancer to manage our social media platforms, enhance brand visibility, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and strategic campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform. Run paid social media campaigns to generate targeted leads. Monitor analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports. Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and build strong relationships. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and lead generation. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics). Ability to create compelling content (copy, graphics, basic videos). Experience with paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Excellent communication and project management skills. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus. Our highest priority platform is Instagram. The primary goal on Instagram is to generate leads and increase followers. Our goal on Instagram is to reach 10,000 followers. We aim to reach 10,000 Instagram followers within 3 months. We prefer the freelancer to generate all content. The Instagram content should be professional and informative.
