I'm looking for an experienced SharePoint developer to create a custom app for SharePoint Online. The application should add a command button titled "Email document" to all Document Libraries within a specified site. This button should only appear when one or more documents are selected in the library. Upon clicking the button, a form should pop up prompting the user for: - List of recipients (To, CC and BCC) - Subject - Body: Format Options: Allow users to add basic text formatting (bold, italic, underline) to the email body. - List Any selected attachments as previously selected from the document library The form will include two buttons: - "Send": This will trigger an email sent from the logged-in user, attaching the previously selected documents in the library and using the form details for the email content. - "Cancel": This will dismiss the form without any further action. The sent email will then also be saved in the users Mailbox Sent items folder. Please note, the selected documents must be attached directly to the email, not linked. Validation: Only basic input fields are needed with validation on the fields in the form. Email Service: The email should be sent through a specific email service, which is Microsoft Exchange Online tenant, as the logged-in user. Ideal Skills: - Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) - Proficient in GraphAPI - Experience with SharePoint Online custom app development - Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online - Ability to create user-friendly forms and interfaces. No additional logging functionality is required for this application. Source code and build requirements (Node.js version etc.) are also to be supplied.
