Setup WordPress Dating Plugin website and customize -- 2

I have a website running the WordPress Dating Plugin (plugin information is at [login to view URL]) that I would like some custom changes to. Currently the website is not generating revenue which is why I am not offering a large sum of money at this time, but these changes will result in profit and whatever freelancer I hire will be hired again once the website is generating profit. I have been on freelancer for many years and I always contact my previous freelancers first before looking for new developers. 1) right now it defaults to searching by country. That is too broad. Freelancer will need to change how search works, I need to be able to search within a certain mileage from a zip code that the user inputs 2) I don't know if the payment works for buying credits. Freelancer will need to help me test payment processing and make sure it to works using Paypal as the payment processor. 3) Freelancer will need to customize how credits work. Instead of a set amount to contact someone like most dating websites, they will buy credits that will be used each time they send a message. For example, if I see someone I want to send a message to, I could buy 10 credits that would let me send 10 messages. The 10 messages could be for one person or 1 message sent to 10 people. If they reply to the message and I want to reply to that, I would need another credit to send another message. 4) Freelancer will need to make it so credits can be purchased in various amounts and payment amounts. For example, 1 credit might be $1, 10 credits could be $5, 30 credits could be $10, etc. 5) Freelancer will need to create a system where the users replying to credit messages can be paid for replaying to those credit messages once they reach a certain threshold. For example, if a user replies to 10 different messages, they can submit a request for payment, admin can review the request, send the payment over paypal, and admin can manually reset the threshold back to zero. This needs to be visible within admin screen, so admin can see who has been paid, when they were paid, how many messages, dates, etc. Users need to be able to see information regarding their own payments and dates within their personal user profile information. 6) freelancer will need to setup admin portal with appropriate admin controls. For example, admin needs to see various log data of changes users or admin, view user information like number of purchases, dates of purchases, etc, and be able to add or subtract credits as needed. 7) freelancer needs to add various login options if they don't exist already. Login options should include google, apple, facebook, etc. 8) transactional emails will need to be setup to update users regarding messages, profile views, etc. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Ideal candidate will have a review left by a previous client that needed work done to WordPress Dating Plugin Please provide samples of similar projects you've completed. I have been on freelancer many years and I have seen all types of scams. I will not be making large escrow payments until the majority of the work is done and functioning properly. I will not hire anyone with low ratings or only a few reviews. This website will need constant maintenance. Whoever makes these changes will be the first person picked to continue to make changes.
