Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers for our SaaS platforms, bookkeeping solutions, POS systems, and credit card processing services.
Deliver engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and finalize deals, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, POS systems, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and conversational skills).
Self-driven, motivated for sales, and enthusiastic about engaging with customers.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Preferred method of delivering sales pitches is through phone calls. Looking for candidates with mid-level experience. Candidates should be tech-savvy and comfortable using various software tools.
Sliding Commission Scale:
₹1,500 for deals 1–5.
₹2,000 for deals 6–10.
₹3,000 for 11+ deals in the same month.
Performance Bonus: ₹3,000 for closing 10 deals in a single month.
Quarterly Bonus: Based on overall performance and sales achievements.
