ROBLOX War Battle Game Developer Needed (Helicopters/Cars)

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create scripts and UIs for an engaging, open world battle game involving guns, vehicles and helicopters. This project is tailored towards the entertainment and action sector.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in weapons and simulation development, particularly for vehicles, helicopters, and guns.
- Ability to design engaging, open world environments.
- Experience in creating entertaining simulations.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add spawn-able Blackhawk helicopters in Military team’s spawn (with glass that can be shot through - so snipers can kill pilots and shoot down helicopters), and make sure they have 8 seats total, with 2 miniguns on each door
2. Add black GMC/Cadillac Yukon SUVs to the Mafia team’s spawn with mounted turrets, and only despawn them for every 2 minutes they’re idle - same with the helicopters
3. Add a 5-minute terminal in a specific building (which I will specify in private chat) - the match lasts for 30 minutes, unless Military team holds terminal for 5 minutes total. If the match ends, there will be a waiting room lasting 30 seconds until a new match starts.
4. Add a menu screen with team switch, class selection, instructions/objective page, and a page with deploy button
5. Create 2 avatars for each team with specified clothing/hats, one for the Military team and one for the Mafia team
6. Script multiple guns with 4 classes total for the players to choose from.
If the job is done well, we would be willing to keep you as a developer for future updates and paid work.
