Fix Flask-Python for OpenSubtitles Download API

My Python-Flask application is currently unable to download subtitles via the OpenSubtitles API. "GET /api/subtitles?query=moon&lang=en HTTP/1.1" 200 - Error occurred during subtitle download: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: [login to view URL] "GET /api/subtitles/download/10491848 HTTP/1.1" 500 - I need a skilled developer to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
