Build a GUI-based software installer for a LAMP installation

I need a standalone piece of software built to install a LAMP server. It is actually Linux, Apache, Postgresql, Python and Django. I hope that this project will install at least 80% of what would ever be needed on a LAMP server with these packages. The idea is to not re-write this installer every time there is a module or other supporting package that needs installing.
The idea is to be able to run the software you build one or many times. The first time it is run on a new installation of Ubuntu 20.04 it will install and configure the software. Every time it is run from there, it will check that all the software is installed.
The details are seen in my attached file.
If there is a better way to do what I am trying to do then tell me about it.
This project is a small sub-section of the overall larger software vision.
