Seeking Specialist for Microprocessor Programming in Hydraulic Machinery We are looking for an expert to program a microprocessor to control a newly patented small hydraulic machine (The Wave Wizard). The primary responsibility of this project is to ensure the microprocessor effectively monitors, regulates hydraulic flow and pressure, transforming it into a 'smart' device during its operation. The Hydraulic Machine must be compact to be retrofitted on existing machines now in the market. (approximately 2” x 3” x 6” see concept drawing). AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent experience by the same party or a second party will be required. We have a machine shop available to build and test prototypes. Project Requirements The project necessitates that the microprocessor interacts seamlessly with the following components: • Pressure sensors and solenoid valves • Flow sensors and proportional valves Operational Specifications The machine should be capable of adjusting time, pressure, and distance of a yet to be fully developed device based on pressure readings from the previous cycle, operating at a 100% duty cycle. Additionally, the system must: • Export data for analysis • Receive commands and overrides from a cloud source Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: • Proven experience in microprocessor programming, particularly in controlling hydraulic systems • Proficiency in working with pressure sensors, solenoid valves, flow sensors, and proportional valves • Ability to make the system fully automated and capable of monitoring its performance In addition, same party or separate party with machine design experience to create BP for my local manufacturer. Microprocessor Selection The type of microprocessor for this project has yet to be determined. We welcome input on suitable options that can meet the project's demands.
