Scope: Online application for Heavy/Wide Loads Permit that needs to be submitted to local authorities and local police force.
The purpose of this for is to minimize the amount of duplication that a user will have to do, ie. user has to fill out 2 - 3 applications for one job, the idea of this form is that each application field will be updated accordingly, and with the original input.
Once this form is completed, the individual applications will need to be emailed to the respective departments, there could be 10 local authorities on one route, and depending on the route selected, or input, the form would have to pick up on this, and email to the appropriate authorities in PDF format, with a subject line pulled from the form, and email address of haulier.
I would like to receive some quotes on the above and the estimated time of completion, there will be some tweaks along the way, which will result in extra pay.
