Wordpress Expert for Wordpress Query Optimization

Need Wordpress expert to make next two changes so that the Mysql Database will load faster, hence the site loading faster. Two changes: 1) Modify this query, remove sql_calc_found_rows AND use count(*) query for pagination: SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS [login to view URL] FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND wp_posts.post_type = 'post' AND (wp_posts.post_status = 'publish') ORDER BY wp_posts.post_date DESC LIMIT 20, 10 2) remove this query on each call and create a separate table where we fill the data via cron every few minutes instead of every call: SELECT YEAR(post_date) AS `year`, MONTH(post_date) AS `month`, count(ID) as posts FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = 'post' AND post_status = 'publish' GROUP BY YEAR(post_date), MONTH(post_date) ORDER BY post_date DESC Bid with a fair price and if you can do this then we pay you ASAP!
