This Phase 1 focuses on automating basic Buy and Sell functionalities, along with real-time reporting, margin trading calculations, and investment tracking. Additionally, the tool will include a feature to automatically calculate target price adjustments based on user-defined profit percentages and margin costs, executing orders daily when conditions are met. Phase 1 Requirements: Core Features API Integration: Integrate Rupeezy broker APIs using: API Documentation GitHub Library Securely connect to the broker's platform for real-time data and order execution. Buy/Sell Functionality: Automate the Buy and Sell processes for stocks, based on user inputs (e.g., stock name, quantity, buy/sell price). Fetch real-time stock prices and execute trades. Provide instant feedback on the status of each order (success, failure, or pending). Target Price Calculation and Automation: Allow the user to set a target price as a percentage (e.g., 6.40%). The system should: Calculate the target sell price as: Target Price = Buy Price + (6.40% of Buy Price) + Margin Costs Automatically check daily whether the market price reaches the target sell price. Execute a Sell Order when the target price condition is met. Include brokerage and margin interest costs in the profit calculation. Provide logs or notifications for daily target price checks and executed orders. Margin Trading Facility: Calculate margin utilization and interest for trades executed with the broker's limit (e.g., 4x limit). Include calculations for brokerage fees and interest accrued based on trade duration. Provide a breakdown of margin and total payable when closing positions. Reporting: Generate real-time and historical transaction reports, including: Buy/Sell history Profit/Loss (P&L) summary with brokerage and margin interest deductions Current portfolio overview Details of auto-executed orders triggered by target price.
