Troubleshoot pfSense Firewall configuration

I am attaching the overview of my problem. I have another network with same hardware/pfsense/ISP provider that is configured and working to give example.
I need someone to work between 12pm and 1pm UTC 1 March. I will start responding between 11am UTC and 12pm UTC.
