outlook add in -- 2

I want to display an additional "pane" in outlook that can be docked to the right or bottom of the screen. Based on the selected email, it will read the email address the message came from and query a sql database. The database is on our local network. There should be a toggle to "automatically query db upon change of selection of email" v. manual. In manual there will be a button to trigger the db read rather than it happening upon selection change. The resulting returned data should be displayed in the pane. There will need to be a setting page where i can setup the connection string to sql, and the table/query coming back. Additionally, there should be the ability to format and setup the resulting displayed information in the display pane using HTML. (i.e. query table A and return field1, field2, field3). I should be able to write a HTML as to the formatting to display field1, field2, field3 to the user in the pane. The HTML will match the field names and be replaced with the resulting data upon display. This way new fields can be added in sql and the setup and be displayed per the correct format. Additionally, there could be more than one row of data returned for a particular email. If this is the case, the pane should load all resulting data by looping through each match and displaying per the HTML. The pane should scroll to accommodate longer lengths of data. Outlook is running the most current version and office 365 with an O365 email account connected to it. I will NOT be able to make outlook, O365 or my sql db available so please have access to your own for designs and testing . I'm open to other suggestions / recommendations that we discuss and approve prior to implementation. language should be C# / .NET Deliverable should include underlying code as well as an installer/uninstaller Milestones will be 50% upon testing an initial application and 50% upon successfully testing application and receiving final code/installer (or 100% upon completion if you'd rather) Please respond with any questions/suggestions, your timeframe and price.
