Im searching for a life coach, right now my first goal would be to be more active so id like someone who can keep me motivated about exercise routines outside the house but id also like to hear ideas and suggestions in the area of life coaching that could maybe improve my life.
- Coaching Format: I prefer virtual coaching, specifically through phone calls. So, ideal candidates should be able to provide consistent and encouraging support via this way.
- Exercise Routine: I havent specified a particular type of exercise routine. A mixed routine incorporating both cardio and strength training would be ideal, but I'm open to suggestions based on your expertise.
