UK Personal Injury Cases (2) Assistance

I'm seeking an assistant to help research and create targeted emails to retain solicitors for two separate legal cases in Birmingham UK. The cases in question are: - Discrimination from a retail organisation (not my workplace) - Medical Negligence from a medical practitioner I need a solicitor in each case, but it is a coincidence they are happening at the same time, they are totally separate and unrelated to each other. It is possible the same law firm may accept both cases, but we cannot rely on it, we may need two separate firms. The emails will be aimed at potential solicitors and should include: - Detailed case background - Expected outcomes and objectives I can provide all relevant information to the assistant. The setup I think should be that the emails should come from me, so the assistant should create the list of potentials and two draft templates. We will probably be sending the same draft to all the potentials, so we will create two templates, one for each case. The assistant will then research suitable firms, provide me with the information, and I will send the draft to all the firms. I will also handle any replies and calls from any potentials, although we will be contacting them via email or online form in the first instance. We need to sell the cases for potential solicitors to consider them. If we are lucky we will manage to retain a solicitor early in the project, otherwise we may need contact details for up to 100 solicitors per case seeking to retain a solicitor. I think the cases are strong cases that potential solicitors will be interested in, so it shouldn't take too long. We can try no win no fee initially, or failing that we can simply pay. Ideal candidates for this project should have: - Experience in researching suitable law firms - Proficient in drafting professional correspondence - Access to Dropbox to work with - An email address to work with if necessary The emails should have a persuasive tone, emphasizing the importance and urgency of the cases.
