MERN Full Stack Developer Needed

Job Title: MERN Full Stack Developer (Contract From 9/16/2024 to 09/30/2024)

Need to work on remote PC daily 8 hours.

Budget: $1100 for these two developers

Contract Duration: current month (with the possibility of extension based on performance; cancellation possible after the first month if performance is unsatisfactory)

Job Description:

We seek a MERN development team to undertake various tasks such as software development, data analysis, and automation. The successful team will have substantial experience with MERN and related libraries and be capable of managing server infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain MERN-based applications.

Collaborate with our team to understand and meet project requirements.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Debug and resolve issues as they arise.

Provide comprehensive server setup and configuration, including ongoing maintenance.

Document code and maintain detailed project documentation.

Requirements:

need to use app router not file base router as recommended in the documentation.

For authentication need to use auth js library

Use server component over api route

Use axios over fetch in case api route is necessary

Use nodemailer module for sending email

Develop the code using typescript

For toast msg use react-toastify, for mongodb use mongoose for data table use shadcn (tanstack/react-table)

Use shadcn for tabs, dropdown menu, checkbox, slot etc

Folder and file structure we will define. It will follow a standard convention as recommended by next js and good practice

Proven experience in MERN development with a strong portfolio of past projects.

Expertise in MERN frameworks and libraries.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills.

Capability to handle server setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with APIs and web services.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MONGODB).

Contract Details:

Duration: half month for 2 developers

Budget: $1100

Location: Remote

Hours: Flexible, with regular check-ins and updates required.

Additional Support: The software company must provide all necessary logistical support, including server setup and configuration.

Performance Evaluation: The contract will be evaluated after the first month. If performance does not meet expectations, the contract may be terminated at that time. Successful performance may lead to an extension of the contract.
