We are looking for an experienced developer to design and build a Fingerprint Attendance System tailored for educational institutions. The system should integrate hardware and software to streamline attendance management for multiple subjects. Project Requirements: 1)Hardware Integration: A)Fingerprint Scanner: Use of a reliable fingerprint sensor (e.g., R307 or similar). B)Microcontroller: ESP32 or equivalent for processing and connectivity. Additional Components: C)Keypad for inputting subject codes. JHD162 or similar display for system feedback. D) Display for showing successful registetration and attendence marked Features: A)Ability to store fingerprint data for 200 students. B)Support for up to 20 subject codes. C)Take attendance for a specific subject by inputting its code. D)Match fingerprints to registered data and mark attendance automatically. C) It can be powered by both type either battery or plug. Select more reliable option. Data Management: Export attendance data in Excel format or send directly to a central server (via Wi-Fi or USB). Subject-wise attendance record-keeping. Secure storage of fingerprint and attendance data. User Interface: Intuitive interface to input subject codes and display confirmation (e.g., "Attendance Marked for Subject X"). LED for successful and unsuccessful fingerprint matches. Additional Functionalities: Administrator access for enrolling new students, adding subject codes, or managing existing data. Error handling for duplicate fingerprints or unregistered users. Connectivity: Wireless connectivity for real-time data sync to a server (preferred) or USB export for offline transfer. Documentation: Clear and detailed documentation for hardware assembly, software setup, and user manual. The system should primarily be powered by plug. The user interface should have a simple and functional design. Implement basic encryption for fingerprint and attendance data. The system should support bulk enrollment for administrators. The project should be completed within 1 month. Implement password-based authentication for the administrator access.
