Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, experience in identifying target audiences, setting up and optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance to provide actionable insights. Position will be WEEKLY - Approx 5 hours to start per week Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop and launch targeted ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and Twitter. Research and identify the best-performing audiences and demographics for each platform. Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness. Strategy & Targeting: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends. Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and strategies. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor ad performance using analytics tools. Track key metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversions, and engagement. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce costs and improve performance. Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Communicate results, successes, and opportunities to stakeholders regularly. Qualifications: Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and Twitter. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager). Knowledge of digital marketing trends and audience segmentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for effective advertising. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus. Experience with social media scheduling tools Graphic design experience Compensation: Specify compensation range based on hourly rate, per project, or salary.
