Description Description Hi we like to set our own mail system and test it most of our emails are good emails list and no spam we need to know best hosts to set an interspire mail system..we have heard this is the best one but not sure.. with host that provide IP block so can be changed and reenter in case a mailing got issues and IP blacklisted We do not want to have any issues. No flakes and liars - we can be good client for long time We need a VPS host. we think. so u should recommend. If you have any other suggestions how to set it up let us know please. we do also have lists of 5MM emails of Business, etc..we would like to use so we need your advice and help us to set up interspire - u need to set up all we get what is needed and u need to recommend VPS host known not to give issues on mailing..again we do not do any spam. if you suggest other software or set up we like to hear will pay you for consulting and full mail management software setup we pay for host and the software Please only exp bulk mail marketers and show us some evidence and proof from client and work you did to suggest the best setup We want to have control of the mailings. Again issues like: IP blocks, Good VPS host for companies who do lots of mailing is needed, examples, and tell us why your suggestion is the best one We do plan to mail a lot so we do not want to incur high mailing cost Again, this is for us to decide Your bid is for your full consulting and finding host and software so you do NOT have disclose much at this stage before bid accepted, but tell us in general why we should use your advice and have something to back it up. If you think also using someone else mail setup is better and who..country? is better tell us why.. we here ro get good advice and help in setup and pay you. we not trying to get something for free so no issue. selected bidder we would pay in full as he asked just show us why your solution will be best and have something to back it up.. your solution had mutiple ips and if IP shutdown it can be replaced without taking server down We do not do any spam and follow all req for mail. we clean our list and we pay AFTER 1 MONTH or after we done some mailing and all ok with your system not before Budget for this is $200 $250 Month. * we have right to check as we ask that your ips are not blacklisted. if we ask for ips we can validate they are not blacklisted we want a reliable provider and good service for a long time bis for monthly rate and service Thank you,

As the owner of a bulk mail service, we need to set up our own mail system and test it to ensure that all emails are good and no spam. We have heard that Interspire is the best host for doing this but we're not sure if that's correct so we'd like you to take a look at our requirements and give us your recommendations for setting up an interspire system. If you think you can do this we'll pay you for your time as well as providing you with full access to our software so you can manage our mailings from start to finish. We're looking for a reliable provider who can provide us with a VPS host that doesn't give issues when it comes to mailing, along with IP blocks so we can change them if needed without having to take the server down. We'd also like you to recommend other software or set up arrangements if necessary so we have control over the mailings and don't incur any costs related to them before payment is made after one month of use.
