I'm seeking a professional to revise my roof terrace floor plan. The task involves correcting the plan with updated measurements, adding elements like chimneys and a shed, and inserting proposed furniture. The ultimate goal is to visually demonstrate that the intended furniture arrangement is impractical. Key Requirements: - Update the floor plan with correct measurements - Incorporate existing elements such as chimneys and a shed - Accurately place furniture according to a given layout - Deliver the final product in PDF format Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in floor plan design and modification - Experience with visual representation for space assessment - Strong attention to detail, particularly for furniture placement - Ability to deliver high-quality, precise work within a specified timeframe The drawing must be re-drawn with the measures in red and furniture must be added to the floor plan. Lounge sofa 90x90 cm each module. Distance from lounge modules to table = 50 cm Distance from roof terrace edge to lounge modules 5 cm The free area between lounge furniture and dining table chairs = 160 cm Dining table 90 x 200 cm Dining chairs 62 x 62 cm We need a drawing like the floor plan we already have with the updated (in red) measures and with the lounge furniture, the lounge table, the dining chairs and table etc. added. Don't try to make the furniture fit. Just draw them with the measures provided even though they overlap the chimneys etc. All the shadings must be preserved.
