Extend Magento Weee functionality

Please read carefully before bidding for this project. No core code changes/modification to core module. Functionality should work as separate extension. Ability to conditionally apply Weee(FPT) functionality to each product. Condition can be combination of Product attributes and Shipping attributes like country, state/province, city. Ability to manage(i.e,Add/Modify/Delete) applied Weee(FPT) on single interface and not under each product. Should show up in Admin and FrontEnd of Order, Invoice, Credit Memo and all related PDF and Email. Ability to generate report on Weee(FPT) based on time duration. Report should contain all applied Weee(FPT) on products which are in invoice and credit memo and should provide associated details like Invoice or Credit Memo number, date, etc. Ability to sort and sum up based on product category attributes and shipping attributes. Should be compatible with Magento 2.3.3 and applied theme. Should support atleast for 6 months once applied error free. Project is considered successful once all expected functionality is working error free and without impacting other functionality.
