Text-based / Wordmark Logo design needed

IMP!! I want the seller / logo designer to be from India, If you are not from India pls do not bid.
I will tell you the name and what we do in the message, however, I assure you it has nothing to do with the design. The company name is 3 letters and after that, the word "Global" is there.
Assume "XYZ Global" while reading this description. Where XYZ is replaced by my 3 letters.
So here are some of the pointers that I need. Pls read them carefully:
1. If you simply google Wordmark logos, thats what I want. I dont want graphical logo. No graphics. That means even if I am into medical, ecommerce, or staffing, logo should not reveal what we do.
2. Effort need to be put to make the logo minimal in design.
3. Logo need to be flat. No 3D stuff, no shadows.
4. I am against those logos who have scattered elements in them like Starbucks or Emblem based logos where there is always a problem in placing these logos in online creatives and print media
5. I am 100% open to color, but you only have 2 choices to choose from - shades of Blue (but not on dark side), and shades of Red (but not on dark side).
6. If you do not know Illustrator, pls do not bid. I need to work with someone who can create logo in Illustrator with the help of layers and customize the logo however he/she want.
7. Logo cannot have 2 colors.
8. Logo need to have the word "Global" in it. I would prefer logo close to square shape than in elongated rectangular format.
