Laravel + October CMS Multilanguage and Multisite Car Rental Theme Development

We are looking to create a custom theme for October CMS tailored to the design and functionality of car rental websites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and hertz.com. The design will incorporate elements inspired by these websites to ensure a modern and professional look.
The October CMS installation must support both multilanguage functionality for seamless content translation and multisite capabilities to manage four separate brands within the same installation. The theme must be easily cloned for each brand with minor customizations, including logo, primary and secondary colors, and the brand name dynamically applied across all pages using a $brand variable.
You will build the website structure to align with our final requirements, including all necessary pages based on a mix of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] designs. Where definitive content is not yet provided, placeholders or sample content must be included.
The site must also be preview-ready with placeholder content where needed. All pages for the booking process, such as vehicle selection, extras/add-ons selection, customer details, payment, and confirmation, must be created and structured for integration with our API. Additionally, pages that will display dynamic content must include placeholders or sample content for later integration with API-driven data.
You will install and configure an auto-translation plugin to ensure that all English content is automatically translated into the other supported languages on the site, while keeping translations editable for manual adjustments. The deliverable will be a fully functional October CMS installation with multisite and multilanguage capabilities, the custom car rental theme applied, the complete structure of the website (below indicated), and cloned versions of the theme for each brand with brand-specific modifications. The auto-translation feature must also be fully functional.
