Ensure the training platform is fully accessible on mobile devices. Participant optionally accesses the pre-test page. Participant submits a training request and completes the payment. Admin reviews and accepts the request. Participant optionally accesses the post-test page. Participant receives the evaluation of the training. Participant receives the certificate on the last day of the training, subject to admin approval. 2. Online Training Workflow: Participant optionally accesses the pre-test page. Participant submits a training request and completes the payment. Request is automatically accepted. Participant watches and participates in each chapter and completes quizzes. Participant optionally accesses the post-test page. Participant receives the evaluation of the training. Participant automatically receives the certificate at the end of the training. 3. Participant Profile: Include an Individual Development Plan (IDP), optionally accessible to participants. Standard certificates will be used for issuing to participants upon training completion.
