Puzzle RPG PC Game Demo Development -- 2

I'm looking for a talented game developer to help me create a unique and educational PC Puzzle RPG Demo featuring a 3D realistic art style and combining Match-3 elements with deep role-playing and semi-open-world gameplay. The Demo would be 2-3 levels long depending on timeline.
Core aspects/expectations of the project:
- Game Development: You should have moderate understanding/experience in developing PC games, particularly in the Puzzle and RPG genres.
- 3D Style: Knowledge and ability to implement a 3D realistic art style preferred.
- Puzzle Design: You will need to create challenging and engaging puzzles (Both a Match-3 board integrated across the game as well as smaller traps, puzzles, and mini-games throughout levels) that integrate seamlessly with the RPG elements.
Ideal candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating similar projects, as well as strong skills in game design, programming, and/or 3D modelling; note that those without much professional experience will still be considered if adequate examples of skill(s) can be provided. I am looking for someone who is not only technically proficient, but also has a passion for creating immersive, thought-provoking, and entertaining gaming experiences.
