I'm looking for a skilled marketer to assist us with social media marketing campaigns for:
- Retirement Village units being sold targeting over 55's
- Residential and Commercial real estate sales leads in defined locations
Key tasks include:
- Creating engaging text posts that will attract our target demographic and encourage them to schedule a visit to our village.
- Utilizing meta data marketing strategies to ensure our posts reach the intended audience.
- Automate conversations with target market with chatbot implementation to qualify and convert conversations at scale, helping drive in genuine opportunities with serious leads.
- AI assisted follow up and nurture - automate touch points with leads at different stages of the sales cycle through SMS and email.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience with social media marketing, particularly in the real estate space as well as targeting content for older demographics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for crafting compelling text posts.
- Strong understanding of meta data marketing.
My primary goal for this campaign is to generate quality leads and inquiries with well run and structured campaigns that will work in the designated areas we are targeting.
