The project encompasses a variety of systems and will require knowledge and experience with BIM. Electrical Design: - Lighting systems - Power distribution - Fire alarm systems - Air conditioning - CCTV - TV - Design and integration of backup power systems, including generators and UPS. - Implementation of smart home technologies such as automated lighting and climate control. - Design and installation of intercom systems for enhanced communication within the building. - Provision and infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations. - Incorporation of energy monitoring and management systems to optimize energy usage. - Design and installation planning for solar panel systems and related inverters. - Installation of emergency lighting and signage for safety during power outages. - Design and setup of network cabling infrastructure for internet and communication services. - Implementation of access control systems for secure entry to the building. - Design and installation of lightning protection systems to safeguard the building. Mechanical Design: - HVAC systems - Plumbing systems - Fire suppression systems - Sewerage Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in designing for residential buildings, an in-depth understanding of building systems and codes, and proficiency in BIM.
