Drupal - responsive panel layouts?

I have a website with Drupal 7 and skeleton theme ([url removed, login to view]). Even though the theme is responsive, when I created a panel with 3 column layout, it does not stack when seen on mobile, rather makes the page compress (see attached screenshot).

I may be missing a module or something that will help, but instead of going and researching, I want to know if anyone here can help (or suggest).

Let me know, and please only bid if you know exactly what to do in this scenario.
