I'm looking for a dedicated individual to join Hullbot's service team in Seattle, WA.
This role involves operating underwater robotic systems for boat hull cleaning in Seattle Harbour.
We are seeking a freelancer to provide robotic hull cleaning services at Seattle Harbour.
At the moment, the service takes place every two weeks on a Wed/Thursday night, starting around 6pm and lasting 6-8 hours.
Currently, we have one customer to service, with expectations for growth in the coming months.
The freelancer must be available onsite during these service windows and for the full duration of the service delivery, including additional time for preparation ahead of the service delivery, and additional time afterwards for packing up, cleaning, and generating a service report.
In-person training will be provided initially, with remote support offered as you become more familiar with the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating drones for hull cleaning.
- Assisting in the maintenance and operation of robotic systems.
- Coordinate service schedule with customer availabilty
- Generate report
- Coordinate with the sydney based team for support and training.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have regarding the hull cleaning service.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Drone piloting: This is the top priority. While we're looking for beginners, a keen interest and understanding of drone operation is crucial.
- Mechanical aptitude: Ability to understand and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Bonus skills: Experience in robotics, on-water operations, and logistics will set you apart.
