Mobile & Desktop Optimization for Light Controller Webpage

I'm seeking a skilled front-end developer to enhance a single webpage (CSS + some HTML) for a light controller utilizing ESP32. The page needs to be visually pleasing and functional across both mobile devices and desktop browsers.
The code should be simple and you should use no library !
Key Requirements:
- Experience with responsive web design
- Proficient in CSS and HTML
- Understanding of user-interface design principles

If you open locally the [login to view URL] you will have 2 links that corresponds to 2 modes that differs slighly in the layout (based on css we hide some parts).
Both mode should work and the current javascript code should also continue to work.
Main things to do:
- take care that the 'presets' looks good
- take care that the sliders look good !
- expect that we may have more than 5 tabs in the future which can be challenging on mobile
- keep the code very simple and small ! No other librairies
- simplify the current css if possible !
