Install Unaka Roof Rack on 2023 Ford Transit

I need an experienced professional to: - Install Unaka Premium Roof Rack on a 2023 Ford Transit van - Mount two Newpowa 250W solar panels on the roof rack - Drill hole for feeding cables into van No electrical work is needed. NOTE: Please review the attached installation manual. There are tools listed within the steps which are NOT LISTED under the tools section. I have all the necessary mounting hardware for both the roof rack and solar panels. Please include in your proposal your estimated time for the job, your rate, and soonest availability.
