C# Developer Needed for Chroma Key Image Processing

I need an experienced C# developer with strong knowledge of the .NET Framework 4.7.2 to help me implement a method for keying out greenscreen backgrounds from [login to view URL] images and saving them as transparent background PNG files. As my level of image processing knowledge is intermediate, I'm looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework 4.7.2
- Prior experience with image processing and chroma keying
- Familiarity with image formats and handling, especially converting to PNG
- The ability to implement this method efficiently and effectively
This is a single image processing project, so the ability to handle batch processing multiple images is not required, yet the method should still be quite performant as it should be implemented later on in a image editing software.
I'm open to suggestions on how to best implement this method, whether you choose to implement it yourself or use Magick.NET. The final Image should have smooth edges (antialias, semi transparent, or equal) so that for example hair doesn't look too sharp edged.
