I'm seeking a skilled team or company to assist in drafting detailed composite drawings for our site.
Mainly gypsum board and joinery work.
These drawings will be critical to our shop fit-out project, so precision and expertise are paramount. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in composite drawings: Your experience in creating complex composite drawings with a high level of detail, including annotations and sections, will be crucial for this project
- Understanding of MEP , mainly Mechanical & Electrical systems: Although our coordination requirements are mainly focused on the architectural/fitout side, a basic knowledge or experience in MEP drawings would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail: The drawings will need to be incredibly precise, leaving no room for errors. - Timeliness: We have a tight schedule for this project, so the ability to deliver high-quality work within the set timeframe is essential.
- Strong communication skills: As we'll be sharing benchmark drawings and other crucial information, clear communication is key. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in drafting advanced composite drawings for fitout projects, with a keen eye for detail and strong teamwork abilities.
Experience in MEP systems and background knowledge in the architecture/fitout sector would be beneficial.
Total number of drawings is 80, the budget is 30 dollars per drawing, some are easy, some are not, one draft person can produce 1 to 3 drawings a day, mainly RCP, ELEVATIONS and Blow out details, No flooring or complicated furniture or metal drawings, a senior has to check and go through the Shop drawings, we need to finish in 10 working days, you need to at least contribute to 2 drawings a day, we prefer working with a company or a team of freelancers, individuals are still welcome to apply.
Please do not send any generic proposal, write DEAR H in your proposal, show past experiences relevant to the attached benchmark example which we submitted for this project.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to do a paid mock up for 1 drawing
Please note that we are not a hit and run account, we are a recurring customer office with a lot of projects and we are looking for a long term future relationship with well rounded engineers talented in drawing detailed high level submissions.
ANYONE SUBMITTING WITH A BUDGET MORE THAN 2100 PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OUR TIME, THIS IS OUR MAXIMUM BUDGET, we prefer a less one because we are not sure if all 70 sheets can be done by one vendor, so we will do some inhouse and some with you, thus please understand that this budget for 30 dollars is fixed per sheet.
