Build an IVR to receive calls

Build an IVR and chose a server. Add recordings and see live stats. Would prefer to see an example. Ongoing work available in this startup with experienced management etc is required for this project that is bound for success. THIS IS TO RECEIVE CALLS, NOT TO MAKE CALLS. CLIENTS CAN BE ADDED AND THEY CAN SEE LIVE AND HISTORICAL CALLS. Please read before bidding, this is not a generic PBX project.
