Web App to Local Angular Conversion

I'm seeking an expert to convert my current web app into a locally hosted Angular app. This project also involves creating custom-built connectors for orchestration software that links the local app to AWS. Key Requirements: - Development of a local version of the web app with full data synchronization capabilities with AWS. - Implementing automated backups and error logging features in the orchestration software. - Creating custom-built connectors for AWS interaction.
