portable single source base Android and iOS application skeleton to be publishable on Google play and Apple Store with login/signup, camera QR, notifications, graphs for IoT and webview

Goal: Android and iOS application skeleton (as start/basis/learning for further development and integration by payer/engineer) Note: please do not bid if you did not go through full portable app development up to and including publishing apps on Google and Android stores. The reason is if you did this in the past and have similar projects, then it is win-win and this kind of a project could be done very quickly (and hopefully at acceptably low cost). Otherwise if you do not fit this would be loose-loose, as per our best understanding all requirements here are generic (i.e. learning book examples). Depending on competency/results/cost, potential for later engagement might be possible at similar or greater engagement level. Application should be (with bidder/engineer demonstrated “KH” know-how only, experience with examples in the past “Ex”) with the following features and requirements: - Portable app (Google/Android and Apple/iOS with the same code base, so language/framework is open to what satisfies deliverables and whichever implementer is versed with or suggests) - Platforms: Phone (primary) and optional tablet - Application store experience/compliance/know-how: Has Developer Account[s] (Google Play $25 and Apple Developer Program $99/year) or had them and knows end2end how to publish the app by complying to all Guidelines used to publish to Android and iOS stores to provide templates/examples of documents/communication needed for certification and to pass the review process such as; Application functionality, Privacy policy, Permissions, Security, any other “if needed” such as code set ups for code control, continuous integration, static code checking. (Note: some of these details can be optional or nice to have) - Permissions as part of the install (all as needed; microphone, camera, notifications, RCS/SMS, Location,..) - Not including handling of (although experience is welcome) privacy GDPR and CCPA compliance or similar outside of the listed demonstration of the functionality - User screens - as portfolio/example/mock-up (not with our server) - Login (secure) to arbitrary/example secure server username with password + 2nd factor (fingerprint from the system, location, RCS/SMS, email, PIN, face, other system identity available info,..) - this can be optional depending on the price - Signup (secure) Single factor (username pwd) with authentication over the 2nd (or 3rd) factor (such as RCS/SMS, email, PIN, fingerprint from the system, face,..) - this can be optional depending on the price - Voice functionality - Microphone and Speaker control (record and play) Nice to have: - Listen while screen is off/black (and app is not running) - background listen for keyword trigger to wake up main service/app - Voice2Cloud (i.e. tell to remote server and then play/listen from server back to speakers) - Voice Assistant (portable, in working apps on the stores or equivalent) Notifications - In all operating modes - screen off, - screen on without app in front - with application launched) - Type of handling (visual and system) - in-app (for FYI, i.e. tack-log, etc) - system (main levels - in-notification pull-down center, balloon #) - with sound or vibration (critical events) - Nice to have: - Cloud2EndPoint (with a proven framework) - In all connectivity conditions - 5G vs WiFi - on-line vs off-line (to be able to buffer without loss) - reliable across 5G/Wifi/offline for IoT Graphs (with sample widgets) - static (query to graph) - dynamic (periodically or on event updating) - Types?
