Creating video converting system for html5 p2p player

i want a system hosted on Amazon AWS and created with lambda allow converting video from any video source to Mpeg-dash hls on fly the system must detetct with a trigger or a callback the new upload video in bucket "uploaded" hosted in amazon S3 and then convert it instanttely to the Mpeg-dash and create the m3u8 file and put the converted video into "converted" bucket in amazon s3 Note 1: the script must use only amazon lamda no ec2 instance and no cron job every 1 second Note 2 :work must be done in 3 day Note 3: type "LAMBA 2021" in the top of your bid or your bid will be ignored
