Hello there,
My name is Saad (Joe), and I would like to be your Customers' Subscriptions Support Person. I have been providing Customer Support Services for 9 years now as I have been working as a freelancer since 2012, and you can see the reviews on my profile.
I have worked for a Book Subscription Company as a retention agent, and I grew up to the position of Team Lead for a team of 11 people who are now working under my supervision. I have provided Customer Retention Services, through chat and email, to a US-based subscription company where my team handled more than 1500 chats weekly and I handled escalations and follow-ups with customers via email for cancelation requests and have been scoring 20% retention which is double than industry standards right now.
In the Retention Agent role, I was responsible of handling billing, refunds, making changes to members' accounts, and communicating the same to them.
I'd like to clarify that I don't have any experience with Chargebee, but I'm an extremely tech savvy person, and I'm sure that I will get the hang of it in no time.
I also have vast experience in apps like ZenDesk, Kustomer, Asana, Slack, Notion, GSuite, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe LiveCycle PDF Form Designer, and many more.
