I'm seeking a proficient Excel expert to create a comprehensive school fee management system for me. The system should include functionalities for fee calculation and tracking, generating fee receipts, and sending payment reminders.
Key functionalities:
- Fee Calculation & Tracking: The system should automatically calculate fees and track payments.
- Generating Fee Receipts: It should be able to generate receipts for the fees paid.
- Payment Reminders: The system should have an alert system for payment reminders.
- Discount Management: Include functionality to apply discounts or scholarships to student fees as needed.
- Payment History: Track the complete payment history of each student for easy reference.
The system will not need to handle multiple currencies or different types of fees separately. Therefore, a simple yet efficient design will be ideal.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Previous experience in designing similar systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface.
