Quick debug of ASP page with Microsoft VBScript runtime error

Need quick debug of a form on an ASP (classic) page which uses VBScript to write info to a MSSQL database. Form works great in FF, MSIE, Chrome, but throws off the following error in Safari: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8' object required '[undefined]' ([login to view URL]), line # Hoping there's someone who's solved a similar problem and can give me a quick fix. I'll provide copies of the pertinent pages once the project is awarded.
