We are seeking creative and cost-effective remodel design proposals for a house we are purchasing in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The property, known as Colibri House, was built in the 1970s, and our goal is to maximize the number of bedrooms within the current structure while minimizing the need for expansions beyond the existing footprint. Additionally, we are interested in the strategic placement of a pool to complement the property’s layout and maximize the beautiful island views.
