Requested for PROPOSALS Logo Design for an International Event

1. Background and Purpose of the Call for Proposals

We are organizing an international event focused on aviation, tourism, and hospitality, bringing together key stakeholders from these industries for conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. We are seeking a professional designer or creative agency to create a unique, iconic logo that represents the event’s essence and vision.

2. Objectives of the Logo The logo should:
• Reflect the event’s core themes: innovation, excellence, connectivity, and customer experience.
• Be adaptable for use across multiple platforms: print, digital, signage, merchandise, etc.
• Be easily recognizable and memorable, even in small formats.

3. Deliverables The selected designer must provide:
• The logo in vector formats (AI, EPS) and raster formats (PNG, JPEG).
• Variations of the logo: full color, black and white, and inverted versions.
• A branding guide including color codes, fonts, and usage guidelines of 30 pages.

4. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Creativity and originality of the design concept.
• Relevance to the event’s theme.
• Experience and portfolio of similar projects.
• Delivery timeline.
• Cost and value for money.

5. Submission Requirements Applicants should submit a proposal that includes:
• A presentation of their agency or professional background.
• Samples of previous logo design work.
• A concept note outlining their vision for the project.
• Cost USD50.
