#2 As a rule, this should be A4 format paper, full justify. Company names go on the first page, the second page follows the header above and the logo below, while the other elements follow a certain order. As for the tables, it is best to create them in Corel and this is my advice as an expert, because you will avoid swallowing letters when you print text displays with tables and you will save on pages, e.g. in corel you can make a table in which you can have aligned position of rows and columns.
