Contest Brief

I'm looking for a freelancer with expertise in architectural design and a knack for creating open-concept spaces. The project involves designing a floorplan for a 4-bedroom single story house with an emphasis on modern, open plan living with a coastal feel.

Key requirements:
- Incorporation of a home office
- Design of a media room/entertainment area
- Inclusion of a butler’s pantry
- Master Suite must be at back of the property with WIR and ensuite
- at least one of the other 3 bedrooms must have WIR and ensuite

Freelancers with experience in residential design and a portfolio of similar work will be given priority. Please include examples of your past projects that align with this brief.

What is the required floor design

Ground floor or first floor

In the picture uploaded two days ago, the design of the ground floor shows the main door

And an additional space was taken from it for the garage

But in the outer borders of the building in the picture on the left, part of the parking is used

Please clarify this point to determine the work area
