Contest Brief

I'm on the lookout for a skilled graphic designer or drafts person to help create a unique and personalized house plan for my son's school project (year 6). This is a task to draw and label a "dream home" in French.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient usage of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Illustrator.
- The design should portray a modern and stylish farmhouse.
- Texts will be provided to label rooms in French.
- A sample floor plan will be provided but requires the addition of a stand alone pool house/games room, pool and basketball half court.
- The final artwork should be printable in A1 size, supplied in JPEG format.

Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented with experience in architectural design. Fluency in French language would be a bonus to assist in accurate room labelling. I look forward to seeing your proposals.

      Yes. A floor plan very similar to the one I posted but with additional external pool house/ games room, pool, and basketball half court. Yes - rooms labelled in French rather than English.
