I'm seeking a designer to create minimalistic, engaging thumbnails for my existing YouTube videos. The focus is on self-development, business, and travel topics.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of minimalistic designs using colours like white, black, beige etc.
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnail best practices
- Experience in designing for self-development, business, and travel content preferred

Please note, I have not specified which elements are essential to include on the thumbnails, nor the mood or tone they should convey. Therefore, I am looking for a designer who can use their initiative and creativity to devise appropriate and engaging designs.
