My name is Amy. I live in the United States in a small town called Bristol, WI. I took the training to become a virtual assistant online and completed it with a certificate. I am at a beginner level with this profession and am willing to learn new things to expand my skill set. I do well with typing and working with Word documents and know the basics of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar etc. I am a hard worker and will be efficient and do my job as well as possible. I am willing to learn new things and want to assist in any needed way. I am a stay-at-home mom and need something I can do from home. I have many skills like customer service, and working with documents, I am creative and hard-working, and I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin- Parkside. I graduated in 2012. I have worked with children in rough settings like Women and Children's Horizons in Kenosha, One Hope United in Lake Villa, IL, I've worked with children on the Autism spectrum, I have been a restraining order advocate and have also worked at Old Navy for 5 years. I am a visual learner so the more I do something, the more I learn. I hope to learn much more with this new opportunity in being a virtual assistant.
