Plugin customization

Hello,

I've got a gallery that is using a plugin called "Career portfolio".

The way it works out of the box is that it displays the only the "front image" of each category. So, let's say that this has 4 categories you'd only see 4 images and the titles for those images. Then you'd click on that and you'll get a lightbox gallery with all the images.

However, I’d like this behavior to display all the tagged images, not only the front cover. The pictures are tagged using the plugin admin interface, but the images are still fetched from the Wordpress library.

The first version of the plugin had the same behaviour, but I’ve contacted the developer and they changed it for me, sending me only 2 PHP files to change the behaviour to output all the images. However, they have now released a new plugin version, which includes great improvements, including output captions for every single image (this didn’t happen before) and performance improvements. So, I had to update the plugin, which meant I lost that customization and the developers are not willing to do it again.

The developer has told me already which files it needs to change to achieve this behaviour, so there’s no digging needed.

So, I have the 2 original files (version1), I have the 2 customized files (version 1 customized) to output all the images and I have the 2 new files (version 2) from the new plugin version. I’ve done a comparison of the files and it’s easy to see how they have done the customization, so it should be quite straightforward to adapt it to the new version.

Just as side note, if it helps, the plugin uses the isotope filtering system and I believe the lightbox is the "magnific popup" lightbox.

Could you tell me if you'd be able to help with this and how much would cost?
