New Upgrade Drupal 8 site to Drupal 10

I am looking for an expert in Drupal with considerable experience in upgrading Drupal sites. My current site is running on Drupal 8 and needs to be updated to Drupal 10. The site is primarily a blog/content management site with some custom modules and no custom themes.
